The Rural Regional Alliance (RRA) Team is developing a toolkit that will help students prepare for employment, while also providing them with the tools necessary to enhance employability and retention once hired. This toolkit being developed includes training in customer services, technology, interpersonal communication, and personal accountability. RRA will be looking to partner with business, community and education leaders to provide feedback on the toolkit as it is developed. The toolkit will be designed to provide consistency across the region on how career readiness services can be provided.
